I love connecting within, through dance, singing, and writing books. There is fulfillment in discovering how our words, movement, & songs enlighten and inspire us when we would otherwise have little knowledge of how to do it for ourselves.  As we create, we also comfort, and even help ourselves to heal. This is a my motivation and lifes' mission: To not only help myself but to also help others. It is with excitement that I am honored to share these books, music, crafts, and events with you, your families, and friends. I am especially grateful that you would allow me to do so.
